Rocky Creek Wildlife Refuge is based in the Upper Hunter Valley NSW Australia. It is owned and run by Sandra Stewart and Jeremy Nunn who have a general wildlife carers licence.

The property was purchased to enable the rehabilitation and release into safety for orphaned and injured wildlife. Please browse through our categories and enjoy the journey.

Our links and news section provides links to other websites and news such as the opening of the HUNTER/MUDGEE AREA TO COMMERCIAL KANGAROO HARVESTING on JUNE 1st 2009.

This opening of the commercial zone puts the lives of Betty, Boofy and Jason who have been recently released at risk.

Jason, Boofy, Betty and Woody Wallaroo pre-release.

Go to our Macropod page to see more photographs and read about these beautiful orphans.
